- Tolls, airport parking and 20% gratuity are not included
- All Airports Pickups include up to 30 minutes (60 for direct international flights) of waiting time from updated scheduled arrival time at no charge.
- All other pickup locations include a 15 minutes grace period before waiting time applies.
- Waiting time is billed in 30 minutes increments.
